I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York. I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University.  I feel blessed to have been able to counsel individuals and families for over 20 years.  I use the methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness in order to achieve desired results. With this approach, we may work through past experiences and belief systems that no longer serve you.  This will allow you to move beyond unwanted energies from the past.  However, the majority of our work will be focused on the present day and a more forward-thinking approach.  I will help you focus on what is right in your world and what you want to attract into your life.

Receipts are happily provided for Out of Network Reimbursement..


$125 per session.

I believe that what you concentrate on expands. Focusing on the past can cause depression and focusing on the future can cause anxiety. I provide valuable tools to help manage your thoughts and emotions, which will allow you to live in the present moment and set positive intentions moving forward.
